Our Commitment

Zentrum Pilates Studio offers a variety of classes and packages designed to support your physical and mental transformation in a cost-effective and inclusive environment. We do not tolerate discriminatory or antisocial behaviour.

Class Bookings

  • Due to limited class sizes, all classes must be pre-booked and prepaid via our website or the Zentrum Pilates Studio app.
  • If you need to cancel, please refer to our Cancellation Policy below.
  • No extensions, refunds, or transfers will be offered. Promo offers may have shorter expiry periods and are subject to Zentrum Pilates Studio’s discretion.

Introductory Packages

  • Introductory packages are valid for 14 days from your first class.
  • Limited to 1 session per day.
  • Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
  • Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be suspended or extended.
  • One introductory package per client only.
  • Available exclusively for new clients.

Class Packages

  • 5-class pack – valid for 3 months
  • 10-class pack – valid for 6 months
  • 20-class pack – valid for 9 months

* For auto-refill packages (5, 10, or 20 classes), our system will notify you by email or text when your package is about to renew.

  • The client is responsible for notifying us via email if they do not wish their pack(s) to auto-refill.
  • Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be suspended or extended.

Reformer Pilates Policy

  • Group reformer sessions are not suitable for clients with injuries or those pregnant beyond 13 weeks. In these cases, an initial consultation is required – please contact us directly.
  • No-shows or failure to cancel a reformer class within the required timeframe will incur the loss of the class.
  • Due to small class sizes, we have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will incur the loss of the class.
  • If you’re on the waitlist and added to a class, confirmation will be sent via text/email. You must confirm or cancel through the app. Failure to do so will result in a class forfeiture.
  • Cancellations must be made via the app. Emails, phone calls, or text messages will not be accepted.

Cancellations

  • Group Studio classes: Require 24-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows within this period will be charged in full and will forfeit the class. No exceptions.
  • Private/semi-private sessions: Require 24-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows within this period will be charged in full and will forfeit the class. No exceptions.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to manage their bookings through the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time via the Zentrum Pilates Studio app to avoid being charged in full and forfeiting the class.

Waitlist

  • If you’re on a waitlist and a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified via email or text.
  • You must confirm your spot or unbook via the app.
  • If you fail to attend after being confirmed from the waitlist, the same no-show policy applies.

Important Notes

  • All cancellations and suspension requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Refunds will not be issued when clients fail to provide proper notice as outlined above.
  • All direct debits are processed via our third-party payment provider, Stripe.
  • Zentrum Pilates Studio does not absorb transaction fees.
