Reformer Pilates is the perfect workout for you! It’s completed on the reformer bed consisting of a sliding carriage, springs, ropes, and pulleys. Resistance and assistance is created via these various spring tensions and pulleys – which can be adjusted to your individual needs.

In Reformer Pilates there is a larger repertoire of exercises that target all major and minor muscles in the human body. In small concentrated groups (6 person max), you will work through a range of motions designed to improve your balance, strength, and core stability.

Completing this workout will give you muscular endurance, joint strength, proprioception and balance – making you an overall stronger individual.
